A Study on Zhuangzi’s View of the Mind-Spirit

摘要: 本文探析了庄子心神观的思想内涵及其现实意义。文章梳理《周易》《老子》《管子》的心神思想，明确庄子心神观的理论渊源，提炼归纳了庄子心神观的核心特征，进而分析具体养神之法及其对当代人思想指引和行为指导的现实意义。文章对《庄子》《周易》《老子》《管子》等经典文献的文本进行解析，将庄子心神观的特征明确归纳为虚静、自发性与自由性、超越性、顺“道”，解读全面；将庄子的哲学智慧与当代人压力困境相结合，具有现实关照性。

Abstract: This paper explores the ideological connotation and practical significance of Zhuangzi’s view of mind and spirit. It sorts out the thoughts on mind and spirit in The Book of Changes, Tao Te Ching and Guanzi, clarifies the theoretical origin of Zhuangzi’s view of mind and spirit, summarizes its core characteristics, and further analyzes the specific methods of nurturing the spirit as well as its practical significance in guiding contemporary people’s thinking and behavior. Based on textual analysis of classic works such as Zhuangzi, The Book of Changes, Tao Te Ching and Guanzi, the paper clearly defines the characteristics of Zhuangzi’s view of mind and spirit as emptiness and tranquility, spontaneity and freedom, transcendence, and conformity with the Dao, offering a comprehensive interpretation. By integrating Zhuangzi’s philosophical wisdom with the stress and dilemmas faced by contemporary people, the research demonstrates strong realistic concern.
