壮医外治法治疗功能性便秘的研究进展

摘要: 近年来随着城市人口的增多，人们工作压力和生活节奏的加快，功能性便秘(functional constipation, FC)的发病率越来越高，如果长期反复发作，会增加患结直肠肿瘤、心脑血管意外、焦虑抑郁症等疾病的风险，对患者生活、工作造成较大的影响。功能性便秘属于壮医“屙意卡”范畴，近年来壮医外治法广泛应用于功能性便秘并取得良好疗效，本文回顾近年来壮医外治法在功能性便秘中的应用进行综述，为民族医学的现代化应用提供参考。
Abstract: In recent years, with the growth of the urban population, accelerated work pressure and rapid pace of life, the incidence of functional constipation (FC) has been increasing. Long-term recurrent episodes may increase the risk of colorectal cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, anxiety, depression and other diseases, which exert a significant impact on patients’ life and work. Functional constipation falls into the category of “E Yi Ka” in Zhuang Medicine. In recent years, Zhuang Medicine external therapies have been widely used in the treatment of functional constipation with favorable efficacy. This paper reviews the application of Zhuang Medicine external therapies for functional constipation in recent years, so as to provide references for the modern application of ethnic medicine.
