摘要: 为深化公众对盗版图书的认知，提升公众著作权法治意识，规范图书市场秩序，推动文化事业有序发展，本文采用文献研究与网络资源检索的方法，深入剖析盗版书的发展现状及其对著作权法带来的多重挑战，并从法律、技术层面提出针对性应对策略。研究发现，盗版书形式多样、流通渠道广泛，在法律、经济、文化等领域均产生显著负面影响，且从法律适用、技术监管、社会治理等维度对现行著作权法形成多重挑战。基于此，本文从立法完善、执法司法强化、技术防控升级、公众法治意识培育等方面构建应对方案，旨在引导公众认清盗版书的危害，增强反盗版意识与遵法学法守法用法的自觉性，为新时代图书市场规范运行及文化事业健康可持续发展提供理论参考。

Abstract: To deepen the public’s understanding of pirated books, enhance their legal awareness of copyright under the rule of law, regulate the order of the book market, and promote the orderly development of cultural undertakings, this paper adopts the methods of literature research and network resource retrieval to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current situation of pirated books and the multiple challenges they bring to copyright law. It focuses on the legal and technical levels and puts forward corresponding response strategies. The study finds that pirated books have diverse forms and extensive circulation channels, and exert many negative impacts on the legal, economic, cultural and other fields. Moreover, their development poses multiple challenges to copyright law in legal, technical, social and other aspects. Based on the current situation and challenges, this paper formulates response strategies in terms of legislation, law enforcement and justice, technological improvement and avoidance, and the improvement of the public’s legal awareness. It is hoped that this paper can help the public realize the harm of pirated books, enhance their awareness of anti-piracy and their initiative and consciousness in abiding by and using the law, and provide theoretical reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the book market and cultural path in the new era.
