“法润应本,六进五融”民办本科辅导员普法工作机制创新
Innovation of the Legal Popularization Mechanism for Counselors in Private Undergraduate Universities Based on the Idea of “Law Nurturing Undergraduate Education, Six Integrations & Five Integrations”
摘要: 本文针对民办应用型本科院校普法教育存在的顶层设计不足、辅导员法治素养欠缺、教育形式单一等问题,以G民办学院为例,探索构建“六进五融”辅导员普法工作机制,实现法治教育全过程渗透。该机制以辅导员为核心力量,建立“宣传–教育–服务–反馈”闭环实施体系,通过系统化设计、融合化推进、实效化创新,推动普法教育从碎片化向常态化、从灌输式向体验式转变,为民办应用型本科院校提升法治育人实效提供了可借鉴的实践路径。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the legal popularization education of private application-oriented undergraduate colleges, such as inadequate top-level design, lack of legal literacy among counselors, and single educational forms, this paper takes Private G College as an example to explore and construct a counselor legal popularization working mechanism of “Six Integrations and Five Integrations”, so as to realize the whole-process infiltration of legal education. With counselors as the core force, this mechanism establishes a closed-loop implementation system of “publicity - education - service - feedback”. Through systematic design, integrated promotion and practical innovation, it promotes the transformation of legal popularization education from fragmentation to normalization and from instillation to experience, providing a referable practical path for private application-oriented undergraduate colleges to improve the effectiveness of legal education.
