教师自我效能感的理论演进与实践应用路径探析
Theoretical Evolution and Practical Application Pathways of Teacher Self-Efficacy
摘要: 教师的自我效能感对教师的自我发展发挥着重要的作用,本文以历时与共时的双重视角为分析框架,系统梳理了教师自我效能感理论从单维概念到多元体系的发展脉络,重点分析了国内与国际研究的演进路径与核心成果。并结合外语教学情境,论证其在提升教师教学能力、赋能学生语言学习成效中的关键作用。进一步探索教师自我效能感提升的多元化实践应用路径,以理论演进规律和实践需求为基础,最后展望未来研究方向,提出在技术融合教学场景下,应加强跨文化比较研究,探讨其动态关联与教师生涯发展阶段,注重效能感配性问题。
Abstract: The teachers’ self-efficacy plays a crucial role in the self-development of teachers. This paper employs both diachronic and synchronic perspectives as its analytical framework to systematically explore the progression of teacher self-efficacy theory from a unidimensional concept to a multidimensional system, emphasizing the developmental pathways and key findings from both domestic and international research. In the context of foreign language teaching, it further demonstrates its pivotal role in enhancing teachers, instructional competence and empowering students, language learning outcomes. Guided by theoretical progression and practical needs, this paper explores diversified practical approaches to enhancing teacher self-efficacy, and concludes by outlining future research directions. The goal of strengthening cross-cultural comparison research is to examine the dynamic relationship between self-efficacy and various phases of teachers’ career development, as well as the adaptability of self-efficacy; this research also looks into the flexibility of self-efficacy in technology-integrated teaching contexts.
