数智化背景下车辆工程专业思政教学体系构建探索
Exploration on the Construction of Ideological and Political Education System for Vehicle Engineering Major in the Context of Digitalization and Intelligence
摘要: 针对数字化和智能化背景下车辆行业发展趋势,为契合国家立德树人的根本育人目标,针对当前思政教育在车辆工程专业人才培养中存在的思政内容专业特色不足、思政资源挖掘不充分、思政教学形式单一等问题,提出通过构建具有车辆工程专业特色的思政资源库、探索多元协同的思政育人模式、构建学生综合素养评价体系方面构建车辆工程专业思政教学体系,旨在培养既具备专业技能又拥有崇高职业道德的复合型人才,为国家培养顺应时代发展需要的汽车人才提供参考。
Abstract: Based on the development trend of vehicle engineering in the context of digitalization and intelligence, and in alignment with the fundamental educational goal of cultivating individuals with moral integrity, this paper addresses the current issues in ideological and political education within vehicle engineering talent cultivation, such as insufficient professional characteristics in ideological and political content, inadequate exploration of ideological and political resources, and monotonous teaching forms. By constructing a professional-characteristic ideological and political resource library, exploring a diversely collaborative ideological and political education model, and establishing a comprehensive student competency evaluation system, we aim to build an ideological and political education system for vehicle engineering major. The goal is to cultivate versatile talents who possess both professional skills and noble professional ethics, providing a reference for the country to cultivate automotive talents that meet the needs of the times.
