知识图谱赋能《新未来大学英语》课程思政建设研究——以“A Matter of Taste”中国饮食习俗教学为例
Empowering the Ideological and Political Construction of Over to You with Knowledge Graphs—A Case Study of Teaching Chinese Dietary Customs in “A Matter of Taste”
摘要: 在全面推进课程思政建设与教育数字化转型的双重背景下,如何在外语教学中实现语言能力培养与价值引领的有机统一,成为大学英语教育改革的核心议题。本文以《新未来大学英语》综合教材第一册第四单元“A Matter of Taste”为切入点,探讨知识图谱技术在大学英语课程思政建设中的创新应用。通过构建“语言知识–文化认知–价值认同”三维一体的课程思政知识图谱,以中国饮食习俗为文化载体,深度挖掘“味”背后的“道”——即中国人顺应自然的哲学智慧、和而不同的辩证思维、崇礼重德的人文精神。研究表明,知识图谱不仅能够实现思政元素的系统化组织与精准化呈现,更能帮助学生在跨文化比较中深化对中华饮食文化的理解,增强文化自信,实现“以食育人、以文化人”的课程思政目标。
Abstract: In the dual context of comprehensively advancing the construction of curriculum ideology and politics alongside the digital transformation of education, achieving the organic integration of language ability cultivation and value guidance in foreign language teaching has emerged as the core issue in the reform of college English education. This article takes Unit 4, “A Matter of Taste”, from Book 1 of the comprehensive textbook Over to You as its entry point to explore the innovative application of knowledge graph technology in building curriculum ideology and politics within college English courses. By constructing a three-dimensional knowledge graph for curriculum ideology and politics—“language knowledge—cultural cognition—value recognition”—and using Chinese dietary customs as the cultural carrier, the study delves deeply into the “Tao” behind the “taste”, namely, the Chinese philosophical wisdom of adapting to nature, dialectical thinking of harmony in diversity, and humanistic spirit of valuing etiquette and morality. The research demonstrates that knowledge graphs not only enable the systematic organization and precise presentation of ideological and political elements but also assist students in deepening their understanding of Chinese food culture through cross-cultural comparisons, enhancing cultural confidence, and realizing the curriculum ideology and politics objectives of “educating people through food” and “influencing people through culture”.
