超级专业学位实践成果评价标准与治理机制研究

摘要: 随着专业学位研究生教育规模持续扩张,电子信息类别逐渐呈现出超大规模、跨学院布局与多元实践路径并存的结构特征。传统以学术论文为核心的学位评价方式已难以充分回应专业学位人才培养目标。本文在提出“超级专业学位类别”概念的基础上,构建实践成果多维等价模型F = (C, E, V),从技术复杂度、工程贡献度与可验证性三个维度建立成果向量空间,并借鉴专利价值评估机制,提出结构化、可操作的学位评价与治理框架。研究认为,只有通过成果等价建模与过程治理机制协同推进,方可实现实践知识合法性与学位授予制度之间的有效衔接。
Abstract: With the continuous expansion of professional master’s degree education, the Electronic Information category has gradually exhibited structural characteristics marked by ultra-large enrollment scale, cross-school (interdepartmental) institutional distribution, and diversified practice-oriented training pathways. The traditional thesis-centered degree evaluation model has become increasingly inadequate in responding to the competency-oriented objectives of professional degree education. On the basis of proposing the concept of a “super professional degree category”, this study constructs a multidimensional equivalence model for practice-based outcomes, denoted as F = (C, E, V). The model establishes a vector space of outcomes across three dimensions: technical complexity (C), engineering contribution (E), and verifiability (V). Drawing on the logic of patent value assessment, the paper further develops a structured and operational framework for degree evaluation and governance. The study argues that only through the coordinated advancement of outcome-equivalence modeling and process-oriented governance mechanisms can an effective institutional linkage be achieved between the legitimacy of practical knowledge and the formal system of degree conferral.
