《农村基层民主建设》课程思政教学探索

Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in the Course “Construction of Rural Grassroots Democracy”

摘要: 农村基层建设是我国社会主义政治实践的重要组成部分，也是京郊乡村治理现代化与首都乡村振兴的重要支撑。《农村基层民主建设》作为北京农业职业学院面向京郊乡村基层干部开设的核心课程，兼具理论性、实践性与针对性。本文立足京郊基层治理实际，以成人学习理论、问题导向学习(PBL)与案例教学法为学理支撑，结合课程教学实践，系统分析课程思政的核心价值与现存问题，探索贴合京郊区域特点、适配基层干部学生需求的思政融入路径，构建“理论筑基、实务赋能、价值引领、贴合京郊”的教学模式。研究表明，通过深挖“专业 + 思政 + 京郊”融合元素、创新适配成人学习的教学方法、强化实践教学环节、提升教师素养、完善多元评价体系，可有效实现专业教学与价值引领的同频共振，提升课程育人质量，为培育高素质乡村基层治理人才、服务京郊基层建设与乡村振兴提供参考。

Abstract: Rural grassroots construction is an important part of China’s socialist political practice and a key support for the modernization of rural governance in the suburbs of Beijing and the revitalization of the capital’s countryside. As a core course offered by Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture for grassroots cadres in rural areas of Beijing suburbs, “Construction of Rural Grassroots Democracy” is theoretical, practical and targeted. Based on the reality of grassroots governance in Beijing suburbs, supported by andragogy, problem-based learning (PBL) and case teaching method, this paper systematically analyzes the core values and existing problems of ideological and political education in the course, and explores the integration paths suitable for regional characteristics of Beijing suburbs and the needs of grassroots cadre students, so as to build a teaching mode of “theoretical foundation, practical empowerment, value guidance and integration with Beijing suburbs”. The research shows that through deeply exploring the integrated elements of “major + ideological and political education + Beijing suburbs”, innovating teaching methods suitable for adult learning, strengthening practical teaching, improving teachers’ professional quality and perfecting diversified evaluation systems, the resonance between professional teaching and value guidance can be effectively realized, so as to improve the quality of education and provide references for cultivating high-quality rural grassroots governance talents and serving the construction of grassroots and rural revitalization in Beijing suburbs.
