摘要: 本文围绕以产教融合引领影视专业集群建设展开深入探讨。随着影视产业蓬勃发展，对专业人才需求日益增长，产教融合在此背景下凸显重要性。它能满足影视产业对应用型人才的需求，促进教学改革，提升科研水平，推动产业创新发展。当前，应用型高校在影视专业集群建设方面虽有积极行动，如优化专业设置、更新课程体系、加强师资队伍建设及拓展实践教学等，但仍面临专业设置与产业需求脱节、课程体系不完善、师资队伍结构不合理、实践教学条件不足及产教融合深度不够等问题。为此，本文详细阐述具体建设路径，旨在为高校影视专业发展提供参考，培养更多符合产业需求的专业人才。

Abstract: This paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the construction of film and television professional clusters led by the integration of industry and education. With the vigorous development of the film and television industry, the demand for professional talents is increasing day by day, and the integration of industry and education has become increasingly important in this context. It can meet the industry’s demand for application-oriented talents, promote teaching reform, improve scientific research capacity, and drive industrial innovation. At present, although application-oriented universities have taken positive measures in constructing film and television professional clusters, such as optimizing specialty setup, updating curriculum systems, strengthening faculty development, and expanding practical teaching, they still face problems including disconnection between specialty setup and industrial demand, imperfect curriculum systems, unreasonable faculty structure, insufficient practical teaching conditions, and inadequate depth of industry-education integration. Therefore, this paper elaborates on the specific construction paths, aiming to provide references for the development of film and television majors in universities and cultivate more professional talents that meet industrial needs.
