融合与创新：健康中国视域下中医服务融入社区–高校协同体重管理模式的构建与验证
Integration and Innovation: Integration of Chinese Medicine Service into Community-Construction and Verification of Collaborative Weight Management Model in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Healthy China
摘要: 在“健康中国2030”战略背景下，如何将传统中医服务与现代健康管理模式相结合，成为提升社区健康管理水平的重要课题。本研究基于社区–高校协同机制，构建并验证了一种融合中医特色的体重管理创新模式，旨在探索中医“治未病”理念与现代健康管理的协同路径。通过文献分析、专家访谈、调查问卷、SPSS数据分析，提炼中医服务在体重管理中的核心干预要素，同时选取浙江省湖州市吴兴区三个社区共211名超重/肥胖/正常体重居民，对比6个月后的反馈、评价高低、参与意愿值变化。
Abstract: Under the strategic background of “Healthy China 2030”, how to combine traditional Chinese medicine service with modern health management mode has become an important topic to improve the level of community health management. Based on the community-university collaborative mechanism, this study constructs and verifies an innovative model of weight management that integrates the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, aiming at exploring the collaborative path between the concept of “preventing diseases” of traditional Chinese medicine and modern health management. Through literature analysis, expert interviews, questionnaires and SPSS data analysis, the core intervention elements of TCM services in weight management were extracted. At the same time, 211 overweight/obese/normal-weight residents from three communities in Wuxing District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province were selected to compare the changes of feedback, evaluation and willingness to participate after 6 months.
