福船文化赋能下的竹制模型现代制作
Modern Production of Bamboo Models Empowered by Fu Ship Culture
摘要: 福船作为中国古代造船史上的杰出代表,承载着深厚的历史底蕴与文化内涵,是海上丝绸之路的重要载体和明代海防作战的关键装备,在中国的历史上占据举足轻重的地位,竹制模型制作是对传统技艺与文化的传承创新,是集科学、技术与历史文化于一体的实践活动。通过学习船舶模型的制作,制作者能直观了解福船的结构原理与建造流程,从而达到培养实践动手能力、科学创新思维与历史文化认同的目的,有助于提升海洋工程相关人才的实践能力与海洋文化认知。本文以竹制福船模型制作为载体,结合现代仿真与建模技术,明确技术对模型制作的提升作用,在介绍制作流程的同时,服务海洋工程教育,并普及相关知识。
Abstract: As an outstanding representative in the history of ancient Chinese shipbuilding, the Fu Ship carries profound historical heritage and cultural connotations. It was not only an important shipping carrier of the Maritime Silk Road but also a key piece of equipment for coastal defense operations in the Ming Dynasty, occupying a pivotal position in Chinese history. The production of bamboo Fu Ship models represents the inheritance and innovation of traditional shipbuilding crafts and marine culture, and is a comprehensive practical activity integrating scientific principles, engineering technology, history, and culture. By participating in the ship model production process, producers can intuitively understand the structural design principles and traditional construction procedures of the Fu Ship, thereby achieving the coordinated cultivation of practical operational capabilities, scientific innovation thinking, and historical and cultural identity. It contributes to the enhancement of the practical competence and marine cultural cognition of talents majoring in marine engineering. This paper takes the production of bamboo Fu Ship models as the carrier, combines modern simulation and modeling technologies, and clarifies the improvement effect of such technologies on model making. While introducing the manufacturing process, it serves marine engineering education and popularizes relevant knowledge.
