摘要: 目的:探究大学生新式正念持续使用意愿的影响路径与作用机制,为大学生心理健康促进提供实践依据。方法:基于技术接受模型构建理论框架,收集全国315名大学生数据,考察正念感知度、感知易用性、感知有用性、使用意愿与使用态度之间的链式中介关系。结果:正念感知度正向影响感知易用性(β = 0.70, P < 0.001)与感知有用性(β = 0.43, P < 0.05);感知易用性与感知有用性在正念感知度与使用态度之间起多重中介作用,总效应值为0.42 (95% CI [0.31, 0.53])。结论:正念感知度能够通过增强感知易用性与感知有用性提升大学生对新式正念的使用态度与使用意愿。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the influencing pathways and underlying mechanisms of college students’ long-term adoption intentions toward novel mindfulness practices, and to provide a practical evidence base for mental health promotion among college students. Methods: A theoretical framework was constructed based on the Technology Acceptance Model. Data were collected from 315 college students across China, to examine the chain mediating relationships among mindfulness awareness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes toward use, and long-term adoption intentions. Results: Mindfulness awareness exerted a significant positive effect on perceived ease of use (β = 0.70, P < 0.001) and perceived usefulness (β = 0.43, P < 0.05). Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness played a multiple mediating role between mindfulness awareness and attitudes toward use, with a total effect value of 0.42 (95% CI [0.31, 0.53]). Conclusion: Mindfulness awareness can improve college students’ attitudes and long-term adoption intentions toward novel mindfulness practices by enhancing perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.
