摘要: 度洛西汀作为一种选择性5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂,已被多个国际指南推荐用于抑郁症、广泛性焦虑障碍、纤维肌痛等的治疗。本文系统综述了度洛西汀药动学特征、作用机制、临床应用等的研究进展,重点探讨了不同适应症的剂量策略、联合治疗方案及特殊人群用药风险。通过整合最新的随机对照试验、荟萃分析及真实世界研究数据,旨在为临床决策提供全面、平衡的循证依据。
Abstract: Duloxetine, as a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, has been recommended by multiple international guidelines for the treatment of depression, generalized anxiety disorder, fibromyalgia, and other conditions. This article systematically reviews the research progress on the pharmacokinetic characteristics, mechanism of action, and clinical applications of duloxetine, with a focus on dosage strategies for different indications, combination treatment regimens, and medication risks in special populations. By integrating the latest data from randomized controlled trials, meta-analyses, and real-world studies, it aims to provide comprehensive and balanced evidence-based support for clinical decision-making.
