教育数字化转型背景下地方高校教师数字素养提升的培育路径研究
Research on the Cultivation Path of Digital Literacy of Local University Teachers under the Background of Educational Digital Transformation
摘要: 在教育数字化背景下,为了更好地满足教育教学与教师专业发展的需求。本文基于我校的实践探索,构建了“观念重塑–系统培训–能力建设–资源配置–制度保障”五位一体的教师数字素养培育路径框架。通过强化数字化意识、构建多样化培训体系、建设数智化教学能力、优化数字资源配置及创新多主体参与的可视化评价制度等具体措施,切实提高教师数字素养水平。实证结果表明,教师数字化意识提升39.4%,数字化技术教学应用率从38.6%提升至72.4%,数字化应用能力提升43.2%。研究成果为地方高校推进教育数字化转型提供了理论参考与实践借鉴。
Abstract: In the context of digitalization in education, to better meet the needs of educational teaching and teacher professional development, this paper, based on the practical exploration of our school, constructs a five-in-one framework for cultivating teachers’ digital literacy, namely “conceptual reshaping - systematic training - capability building - resource allocation - institutional guarantee”. By implementing specific measures such as strengthening digital awareness, constructing a diversified training system, building digital and intelligent teaching capabilities, optimizing digital resource allocation, and innovating a multi-participant visual evaluation system, the level of teachers’ digital literacy is effectively improved. Empirical results show that teachers’ digital awareness has increased by 39.4%, the application rate of digital technology in teaching has risen from 38.6% to 72.4%, and digital application capabilities have improved by 43.2%. The research findings provide theoretical references and practical insights for local universities to promote the digital transformation of education.
