从“经济帮扶”到“发展赋能”:高校资助全链条育人实践路径探析
From “Economic Assistance” to “Development Empowerment”: An Analysis of the Practical Path of College Funding for Education throughout the Entire Chain
摘要: 传统的大学生资助育人机制过分强调经济帮扶,在育人的维度上有所欠缺,不能很好地回应受助学生的成长诉求。本文在“三全育人”的视角下对大学生资助育人的转向进行分析,并结合传统的大学生资助育人存在的问题提出了构建基于“发展性资助”的大学生资助育人机制的基本思路,并对其中的主要理念进行说明。再次对学业指导、心理健康教育、职业生涯教育等内容如何更好地渗透到整个资助育人环节中来形成全员、全程、全方位参与的资助育人工作机制,进而实现学生的全面发展及成人成才,也为实际工作的改进提供借鉴。
Abstract: The traditional funding and education mechanism for college students overemphasizes economic assistance, which is deficient in the educational dimension and cannot well respond to the growth demands of aided students. From the perspective of “Three-All Education”, this paper analyzes the transformation of college students’ funding for education, and puts forward the basic idea of constructing a college students’ funding for education mechanism based on “developmental funding” by combining the existing problems in traditional college students’ funding for education, and explains the main concepts therein. Furthermore, it discusses how to better integrate academic guidance, mental health education, career education and other contents into the entire funding for education process to form a funding for education mechanism with full participation, whole-process involvement and all-round coverage, so as to realize the all-round development of students and their growth into adults and talents, and also provide reference for the improvement of practical work.
