校–企深度合作电气工程类本科人才培养模式探索
Exploration of the Talent Training Mode for Electrical Engineering Undergraduates Based on In-Depth School-Enterprise Cooperation
摘要: 在“双万计划”与新工科建设背景下,电气工程专业人才培养需适应新一轮科技革命与产业变革需求。本文以服务经济发展与行业需求为导向,探讨以“双万计划”为目标的电气工程一流本科人才培养模式改革路径,提出构建“理论–实践–创新”深度融合的培养体系,通过优化人才培养全过程,旨在培养兼具扎实理论基础、突出实践能力与创新素养的复合型工程技术人才,为相关专业建设与教学改革提供参考。
Abstract: Under the guidance of the “Double Ten Thousand Plan” and the new engineering education reform, the cultivation of electrical engineering professionals is required to be aligned with the demands of the new technological revolution and industrial transformation. Guided by the objectives of serving economic development and industry needs, the pathways for reforming the cultivation model of first-class undergraduate electrical engineering talents under the “Double Ten Thousand Plan” are explored in this paper. A deeply integrated “theory-practice-innovation” cultivation system is proposed, through which the entire talent cultivation process is optimized. The aim is to develop interdisciplinary engineering professionals with solid theoretical foundations, strong practical capabilities, and innovative competencies, thereby providing references for related disciplinary development and educational reforms.
