青少年社交干预经验对老年社会支持的借鉴
Lessons from Adolescent Social Intervention Experiences for Elderly Social Support
摘要: 社会隔离与孤独感是老龄化研究的核心议题,当前生活中广场舞、亲戚走动等老年社交场景普遍存在,但仍有大量独居、空巢、失能或性格内向的老年人陷入社交孤立。本文基于学生教育发展专业背景,补充老年人社交研究的必要性,明确研究针对人群,适度扩展相关心理学理论并结合实例解读,论证青少年社交干预经验向老年群体迁移的可行性,优化干预方案,摒弃纸上谈兵,提出贴合实际、针对性强的可操作措施,回应“为何研究”“措施是否必要”等核心疑问,为破解特定老年群体社交困境、构建老年社会支持网络提供实践思路,拓展学生教育发展理论在老龄化研究中的应用边界。
Abstract: Social isolation and loneliness are core issues in aging research. While social scenarios for the elderly such as square dancing and family visits are common in contemporary life, a significant number of older adults—including those living alone, empty-nesters, individuals with disabilities, and those with introverted personalities—remain trapped in social isolation. Grounded in the professional background of Student Education and Development, this article first articulates the necessity of supplementing research on elderly socialization and clearly defines the target population. It then appropriately extends relevant psychological theories and interprets them through case studies. By demonstrating the feasibility of transferring adolescent social intervention experiences to the elderly population, this study aims to optimize intervention protocols. Moving beyond theoretical discussions, it proposes practical, targeted, and actionable measures. This approach addresses core questions such as “why this research is needed” and “whether the proposed measures are necessary.” Ultimately, this paper provides practical insights for resolving the social isolation of specific elderly groups and constructing social support networks for the aged, thereby expanding the application boundaries of Student Education and Development theories within the field of aging research.
