有色金属企业绿色低碳转型路径研究——以江铜集团为例
A Study on the Pathways for Green and Low-Carbon Transformation in Non-Ferrous Metal Enterprises—A Case Study of Jiangxi Copper Group
摘要: “双碳”目标的提出为工业领域绿色低碳转型划定了明确方向。有色金属行业既是关键基础原材料的供给主体,也是能源消耗和碳排放的重点领域,其中铜产业因全产业链能源密集型特征,成为绿色低碳转型的重点方向。基于此,本文以江西铜业集团(以下简称“江铜集团”)为研究对象,采用单案例研究法,系统剖析其绿色低碳转型实践。研究发现,江铜集团通过绿色技术创新、绿色管理与绿色金融工具三条路径协同推进,破解了行业资源保障薄弱、技术瓶颈、成本高企等共性问题,实现了技术减排、管理赋能与资金保障的有机统一,为有色金属企业绿色低碳转型提供了理论参考和实践借鉴。
Abstract: The introduction of the “dual carbon” goals has charted a clear course for the green and low-carbon transition in the industrial sector. The non-ferrous metals industry serves as both the primary supplier of critical basic raw materials and a key sector for energy consumption and carbon emissions. Among these, the copper industry, due to its energy-intensive nature across the entire supply chain, has become a core focus for green and low-carbon transformation. Based on this, this paper takes Jiangxi Copper Group (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangxi Copper”) as its research subject and employs a single-case study method to systematically analyze its green and low-carbon transformation practices. The study finds that by synergistically advancing through three pathways—green technological innovation, green management, and green financial tools—Jiangxi Copper Group has overcome common industry challenges such as weak resource security, technological bottlenecks, and high costs. The Group has achieved an organic integration of technological emission reduction, management empowerment, and financial support, thereby providing theoretical references and practical insights for the green and low-carbon transformation of non-ferrous metal enterprises.
