摘要: 目的:评价游戏结合言语训练在2~5岁语言发育迟缓儿童康复护理中的作用。方法:选择2024年1月~2025年4月收治的60例语言发育迟缓儿童为对象,经随机抽签法分为2组,每组有儿童30例。对照组30例儿童实施常规康复护理,观察组30例儿童实施游戏结合言语训练,持续训练6月后,比较分析两组儿童的语言沟通能力与总有效率。结果:护理前对比语言沟通能力评分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);护理6月后,两组评分均有明显升高,观察组语言沟通能力评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。护理6月后,观察组总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:游戏结合言语训练可有效改善2~5岁语言发育迟缓儿童的语言沟通能力,提高治疗效果。
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of game combined with speech training in the rehabilitation nursing of children with language developmental delay aged 2~5 years. Methods: A total of 60 children with language developmental delay admitted from January 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by lottery method. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received game combined with speech training. After 6 months of continuous training, the language communication ability and total effective rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the score of language communication ability between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After 6 months of nursing, the scores of both groups increased significantly, and the scores of language communication ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After 6 months of nursing, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Game combined with speech training can effectively improve the language communication ability of children with language developmental delay aged 2~5 years and enhance the therapeutic effect.
