早期营养支持结合快速康复护理在结直肠癌根治术后患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Early Nutritional Support Combined with Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients after Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer

摘要: 目的：探讨早期营养支持结合快速康复护理在结直肠癌根治术后患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年1月至2024年1月在我院接受结直肠癌根治术的340例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各170例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施早期营养支持结合快速康复护理。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率及恢复指标。结果：观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(3.53% vs 15.29%，χ² = 12.254，P < 0.05)；观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：早期营养支持结合快速康复护理在结直肠癌根治术后患者中具有显著的应用效果，能够降低并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，加快患者恢复。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of early nutritional support combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with colorectal cancer after radical operation. Methods: 340 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 170 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given early nutritional support combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of postoperative complications and recovery indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.53% vs 15.29%, χ² = 12.254, P < 0.05). The first exhaust time, first defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Early nutritional support combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing has significant application effect in patients with colorectal cancer after radical operation, which can reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospitalization time and accelerate the recovery of patients.
