精神障碍社区康复服务的实践困境与优化策略——以广西河池市J区为例

Practical Dilemmas and Optimization Strategies of Community Rehabilitation Services for Mental Disorders—A Case Study of J District, Hechi City, Guangxi

摘要: 精神障碍社区康复服务是打通精神卫生服务“最后一公里”的重要服务举措，也是促进精神障碍患者回归社会生活的核心载体；而基层欠发达地区社会资源匮乏、社会支持网络薄弱，因此成为了服务较为难以推进的区域。社会支持理论认为，个体健康康复是指以个体为支点通过个人的生理、心理和认知，同时在人与环境的交互作用过程中所获取的支持，是个体适应环境以及对外界做出适当反应的关键；与此同时，为更好促进个体的身心康复，还要注重相关正式与非正式支持之间的相互配合，使其形成体系。因此本研究基于前期调研访谈和对相关文献的研究，以社会支持理论为理论依据，选取广西河池市J区的百余名登记在册患者为研究对象，在服务开展过程中整理现有的康复服务状况，并进一步探讨开展的3类康复活动中存在的具体问题，并以此探索分析出存在问题的原因，为欠发达地区相关服务提供实践经验参考。

Abstract: Community rehabilitation services for mental disorders are important service measures to bridge the “last mile” in mental health services and also the core vehicle for promoting the reintegration of mental disorder patients into social life. However, due to the scarcity of social resources and the weakness of social support networks in under-developed grassroots areas, these areas pose significant challenges for the implementation of such services. The social support theory posits that an individual’s health and rehabilitation rely on the support obtained through the individual’s physiological, psychological, and cognitive functions, as well as the interaction between the individual and the environment. This support is crucial for an individual to adapt to the environment and respond appropriately to external stimuli. Meanwhile, to better promote an individual’s physical and mental rehabilitation, attention should be paid to the coordinated interaction between formal and informal support systems to form a comprehensive support framework. Therefore, based on preliminary investigations, interviews, and relevant literature research, and grounded in the social support theory, this study selects over a hundred registered patients in District J of Hechi City, Guangxi as research subjects. During the service implementation process, it sorts out the current status of existing rehabilitation services, further explores the specific problems in the three types of rehabilitation activities carried out, and analyzes the causes of these problems. The findings of this study aim to provide practical experience for relevant services in underdeveloped areas.
