罗萨社会加速理论视域下“内卷”现象的生成与破解

The Emergence and Resolution of the “Involution” Phenomenon from the Perspective of Hartmut Rosa’s Social Acceleration Theory

摘要: “内卷”是加速社会中个体异化的新形态，哈特穆特·罗萨从“社会加速”的理论视角对这一现代性困境作出新的理论阐释，其社会加速理论从技术的加速、社会变化的加速与生活节奏的加速三个维度分析了内卷的生成逻辑。进一步而言，自我推动的加速循环机制、效率驱动的经济引擎和加速的文化预言又构成了内卷背后的深层驱动力。走出内卷的困境既需要从国家和社会实践层面校正单一效率导向的加速逻辑，推动社会评价体系多元重构；也需要从个体主观层面建立共鸣关系，回归沉思生活，重建人与世界的真实联结。

Abstract: “Involution” is a new form of individual alienation in an accelerated society. From the theoretical perspective of social acceleration, Hartmut Rosa offers a renewed interpretation of this modern predicament. His theory of social acceleration analyzes the generative logic of involution along three dimensions: technological acceleration, the acceleration of social change, and the acceleration of the pace of life. Furthermore, the self-propelling cyclical mechanism of acceleration, the efficiency-driven economic engine, and the cultural prophecy of acceleration together constitute the deeper driving forces behind involution. To overcome the predicament of involution, it is necessary not only, at the level of the state and social practice, to correct an acceleration logic oriented toward a single criterion of efficiency and promote a pluralistic reconstruction of the social evaluation system, but also, at the level of individual subjectivity, to establish relations of resonance, return to the contemplative life, and rebuild an authentic connection between human beings and the world.
