超声技术在糖尿病肾病诊断中的研究现状

摘要: 糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Kidney Disease, DKD)是糖尿病患者常见的微血管病变并发症之一,也是引起终末期肾脏疾病的主要原因,因此DKD的早期诊断和动态监测对延缓疾病进展至关重要。超声检查作为公认的一种简便、经济、无创的动态检测手段,在临床上被广泛应用。并且随着超声技术的不断发展和研究的深入,除了常规的二维超声及彩色多普勒超声,近年来,学者们发现三维超声、超声造影、超微血流成像及弹性成像技术等超声新技术在DKD中也有一定的临床应用价值。本文将简要概述近年来国内外应用超声技术诊断DKD的研究现状和进展情况,为后续DKD的研究提供参考依据。
Abstract: Diabetic Kidney Disease (DKD) is one of the common microvascular complications in diabetic patients and a leading cause of end-stage renal disease. Therefore, early diagnosis and dynamic monitoring of DKD are crucial for delaying disease progression. Ultrasound examination, recognized as a simple, economical, and non-invasive dynamic detection method, is widely used in clinical practice. With the continuous development and in-depth research of ultrasound technology, in addition to conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound, recent studies have found that new ultrasound techniques such as three-dimensional ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, ultrafast Doppler imaging, and elastography also have certain clinical application value in DKD. This article will briefly review the current research status and progress of ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of DKD both domestically and internationally, providing a reference for future research on DKD.
