基于价值共创理论民办高校协同育人模式研究
Research on Collaborative Education Model of Private Colleges Based on Value Co-Creation Theory
摘要: 当前基于产教融合政策背景环境下,产业学院已经成为应用型本科民办高校培养人才的重要方式,但在实际执行过程中高校却面临需求脱节、资源分散、价值创造弱等现实难题。基于以上现实问题,本研究基于“价值共创理论”,以民办高校产业学院育人模式为研究对象,在产教协同视角下构建“需求导向–资源整合–价值共创”三维协同育人模式,该三维模式以产业需求、企业需求和人才需求为导向,整合高校、企业、政府及行业等多元主体资源,实现教育价值、社会价值与经济价值共创的核心目标,有效破解校企人才供需错配问题,提升民办高校育人质量与产业适配度。
Abstract: Under the current policy framework of industry-education integration, industry colleges have become a crucial approach for applied undergraduate private universities to cultivate talent. However, practical implementation faces challenges such as demand misalignment, resource fragmentation, and weak value creation. Addressing these issues, this study employs the “value co-creation theory” to analyze the talent cultivation model of private universities’ industry colleges. From an industry-education collaboration perspective, we develop a three-dimensional collaborative education model encompassing “demand orientation, resource integration, and value co-creation.” Guided by industrial needs, corporate demands, and talent requirements, this model integrates resources from universities, enterprises, governments, and industries to achieve the core goal of co-creating educational, social, and economic value. It effectively resolves talent supply-demand mismatches between schools and enterprises while enhancing the quality of education and industrial alignment in private universities.
