大食物观背景下“食物经济学”课程教学改革研究
Research on the Teaching Reform of “Food Economics” under the Background of the Grand Food Conservation
摘要: 在我国推进农业农村现代化及食物系统转型的背景下,“大食物观”已成为指导农业发展与食物产业升级的重要理念。本文基于大食物观的核心内涵,系统分析当前食物经济学课程教学存在的现实困境,从教学内容优化、教学方式创新、教学实践改进和评价体系改革四个维度提出系统性改革方案。从多角度提升学生对现代食物体系的认知水平与分析能力,为培养具备系统思维和实践能力、适应新时代农业产业发展的复合型人才提供理论参考与实践依据。
Abstract: In the context of China’s continuous advancement of agricultural and rural modernization alongside food system transformation, the “Grand Food Conservation” (Big Food View) has emerged as a pivotal concept guiding agricultural development and the upgrading of the food industry. Based on the core connotations of this concept, this paper systematically analyzes the practical dilemmas currently facing the teaching of Food Economics. It proposes a comprehensive reform scheme across four dimensions: optimization of teaching content, innovation of instructional methods, improvement of teaching practice, and reform of the evaluation system. The objective is to multidimensionally enhance students’ cognitive levels and analytical capabilities regarding modern food systems, thereby providing a theoretical reference and practical framework for cultivating composite talents who possess systemic thinking and practical skills aligned with the requirements of the new era’s agricultural industrial development.
