教育数字化背景下职教校企合作四元系统耦合协调机制与评价模型研究
Research on the Coupling Coordination Mechanism and Evaluation Model of the Four Sub-Systems of Vocational Education School-Enterprise Cooperation under the Background of Digital Education
摘要: 职业教育校企合作典型生产实践项目建设中存在着评价标准不统一、评价指标不全面、动态监测机制缺失等问题,制约了项目建设质量与可持续发展能力。本研究以教育数字化为背景,构建“校–政–企–生”四元耦合协调系统框架,系统分析各子系统的核心职能与子系统间的耦合机制,提出校–企耦合(核心引擎)、政–校/政–企耦合(外部驱动力)、生–校/生–企耦合(根本目的)及政–生间接耦合四种重要的关系形态。在此基础上,构建涵盖4个子系统、16个一级维度、36个二级维度、72项具体指标的四元耦合协调评价体系,建立基于熵值法赋权的耦合协调数理模型,并通过5个样本的模拟数据进行模型验证。本研究所构建的四元耦合协调模型能够有效诊断校企合作系统的运行状态,为职业教育产教融合实践项目的科学评价、动态监测与持续改进提供了可操作的理论工具和方法支撑。
Abstract: In the construction of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation projects, there exist problems such as inconsistent evaluation standards, incomplete evaluation indicators, and the absence of a dynamic monitoring mechanism, which have restricted the quality and sustainable development capabilities of the projects. This study, under the background of educational digitalization, constructs a school-government-enterprise-student four-subsystems coupled coordination system, systematically analyzes the core functions of each subsystem and the coupling mechanisms among them, and proposes four core relationship forms: school-enterprise coupling, government-school/government-enterprise coupling, student-school/student-enterprise coupling, and government-student indirect coupling. On this basis, a four-subsystem coupled coordination evaluation system covering 4 subsystems, 16 primary dimensions, 36 secondary dimensions, and 72 specific indicators is constructed. A mathematical model for coupled coordination based on entropy weighting is established, and the model is verified through simulation data from 5 samples. The coupled coordination model constructed in this study can effectively diagnose the operation status of the school-enterprise cooperation system, providing operational theoretical tools and methodological support for the scientific evaluation, dynamic monitoring, and continuous improvement of vocational education industry-academia integration practice projects.
