平台经济下的老年助餐服务实践路径研究
Research on the Practice Path of Elderly Meal Assistance Services under the Platform Economy
摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧,老年助餐服务已成为养老服务体系建设的重要组成部分。助餐服务不仅是满足老年人基本用餐需求的重要保障,其质量和效率的提升也与增进我国民生福祉密切相关。当前,我国老年助餐服务在政策支持、服务覆盖等方面已取得明显进展,但仍存在一定问题。平台经济可以凭借其数字化、智能化、资源整合等优势,为破解传统助餐服务难题、推动老年助餐服务提质增效提供新的实践路径。本文立足我国老年助餐服务的发展现状,通过分析平台经济融入的必要性和已有实践模式及其成效,探讨现有模式中存在的服务适配性不足、可持续性不佳、社会参与度低等问题,最终从平台完善服务供给、政府保障筑牢支撑、社会参与拓宽覆盖的维度提出平台经济下的老年助餐服务实践路径,为助餐服务的高质量发展和积极应对人口老龄化提供参考。
Abstract: With the continuous intensification of China’s population aging, meal assistance services for the elderly have become an important part of the construction of the elderly care service system. Meal assistance services are not only an important guarantee to meet the basic dining needs of the elderly, but also closely related to improving the quality and efficiency of China’s people’s livelihood and well-being. At present, China’s elderly meal assistance services have made significant progress in policy support and service coverage, but there are still certain problems. The platform economy can provide a new practical path for solving the problems of traditional meal assistance services and promoting the quality and efficiency of meal assistance services for the elderly by virtue of its advantages such as digitalization, intelligence, and resource integration. Based on the development status of China’s elderly meal assistance services, this paper analyzes the necessity of platform economy integration and the existing practice models and their effectiveness, discusses the problems existing in the existing model, such as insufficient service adaptability, poor sustainability, and low social participation, and finally puts forward the practice path of elderly meal assistance services under the platform economy from the dimensions of platform improvement service supply, government guarantee and social participation to broaden coverage, so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of meal assistance services and actively respond to population aging.
