AI虚拟人对地方广电的影响研究——基于人机协同视角
The Impact of AI Virtual Humans on Local Radio and Television—From the Perspective of Human-Machine Collaboration
摘要: 随着AI技术向传媒领域渗透,AI虚拟人已经从央级、省级广电下沉至县级融媒体中心。本文基于人机协同理论,采用多案例比较法,选取了贵州岑巩县、广西来宾市、浙江龙港市三家融媒体中心为对象,分析AI虚拟人对地方广电内容生产、传播体系及人才结构的影响。研究发现,三者分别呈现省级平台赋能型、自建AI体系型、真人复刻IP型三种模式。AI虚拟人提升了生产效率与传播精度,但也面临技术适配不足、人才短缺、运营机制缺失等挑战。本文从技术轻量化、人才复合化、机制协同化三方面提出建议,以期为地方广电智能化转型提供参考。
Abstract: As AI technology penetrates the media industry, AI virtual humans have moved from central and provincial broadcasters down to county-level converged media centers. From the perspective of human-machine collaboration, this paper adopts a multi-case comparative method and selects the converged media centers of Cengong County in Guizhou, Laibin City in Guangxi, and Longgang City in Zhejiang as research subjects to analyze the impact of AI virtual humans on content production, communication systems, and talent structures in local broadcasting. The study finds three differentiated models: provincial platform empowerment, self-built AI system, and real-person replication IP. AI virtual humans enhance production efficiency and communication accuracy but face challenges including insufficient technological adaptation, talent shortages, and lack of sustainable operational mechanisms. This paper proposes suggestions from three dimensions—lightweight technology, interdisciplinary talent, and collaborative mechanisms—to provide a reference for the intelligent transformation of local broadcasting.
