摘要: 针对商科教育中理论与实践脱节、学生缺乏企业全局认知等问题,文章以VBSE仿真平台为技术载体,探索沉浸式商科教学模式的构建路径。在能力本位教育、建构主义学习理论和情境认知理论的指导下,从教学环境、教学活动、教学支撑和教学评价四个维度构建教学模式,实现“全景模拟–岗位体验–任务驱动”的有机融合。该模式的构建为商科实践教学改革提供了系统化的理论框架和实施路径。
Abstract: To address issues in business education such as the disconnect between theory and practice and students’ lack of a holistic understanding of enterprise operations, this paper explores the construction of an immersive business teaching model using the VBSE simulation platform as a technological medium. Guided by competency-based education, constructivist learning theory, and situated cognition theory, the teaching model is developed from four dimensions: teaching environment, teaching activities, teaching support, and teaching evaluation. It achieves an organic integration of “panoramic simulation - post experience - task-driven approach.” The construction of this model provides a systematic theoretical framework and implementation pathway for the reform of practical teaching in business education.
