基于企业经营管理沙盘模拟竞赛的人才培养模式探析

Research on the Talent Training Mode Based on Enterprise Management Sand Table Simulation Competition

摘要: 学科竞赛是连接理论与实践、培养大学生创新能力的重要载体，沙盘竞赛作为典型实践竞赛，契合创新人才培养目标。本文针对当前沙盘竞赛与大学生创新人才培养融合过程中存在的定位偏差、课程与竞赛脱节、管理教学形式滞后等突出问题，结合沙盘竞赛在创新人才培养中的核心价值与时代意义，探讨具有针对性与实效性的“理论–实训–竞赛–转化”一体化创新人才培养模式，为高校依托沙盘竞赛推进创新人才培养提供参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract: Disciplinary competitions are important carriers connecting theory with practice and cultivating college students’ innovative abilities. As a typical practical competition, sand table simulation competition is in line with the goal of cultivating innovative talents. Aiming at the prominent problems in the integration of current sand table competitions and the cultivation of innovative college students, such as inaccurate positioning, disconnection between courses and competitions, and backward management and teaching forms, this paper combines the core value and contemporary significance of sand table competitions in innovative talent training, and explores a targeted and effective integrated innovative talent training mode of “Theory - Training - Competition - Transformation”, so as to provide reference and practical experience for colleges and universities to promote innovative talent training relying on sand table competitions.
