高职院校心理咨询服务规范化建设研究

Research on the Standardization Construction of Psychological Counseling Services in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 高职院校心理咨询服务在学生心理健康教育体系中占据重要地位，但长期以来存在服务流程随意、专业标准缺失、评估机制薄弱、服务内容与学生需求脱节等问题。本研究通过文献研究、问卷调查、访谈等方法，系统梳理高职院校心理咨询服务的现实困境及其深层成因，在此基础上提出规范化建设的系统解决方案。研究表明，规范化建设是提升高职院校心理咨询服务质量和效能的关键路径。

Abstract: Psychological counseling services in higher vocational colleges play an important role in the student mental health education system, but there have long been problems such as arbitrary service processes, lack of professional standards, weak evaluation mechanisms, and mismatch between service content and student needs. Through literature research, questionnaire surveys, interviews and other methods, this study systematically sorts out the realistic dilemmas and deep-seated causes of psychological counseling services in higher vocational colleges, and proposes systematic solutions for standardized construction on this basis. Research shows that standardized construction is the key path to improve the quality and effectiveness of psychological counseling services in higher vocational colleges.
