校园心理剧在大学生心理健康教育中的应用与展望
The Application and Prospect of Campus Psychological Drama in College Students’ Mental Health Education
摘要: 近年来,心理剧作为一种创新的“行动式”团体干预方法在抑郁、焦虑等议题上显示出其共情体验深、使用广等优势,但在大学生的心理健康教育中,心理剧的应用仍存在如大多聚焦负面情绪,缺少系统性连续性的心理干预,对大学生积极品质培养关注较少的问题。综述通过系统梳理近十年来相关文献,分析校园心理剧在主题设置、心理干预、心理健康教育等方面的作用及效果评价。探讨校园心理剧在改善学生的心理状态中的优势和挑战,展望未来通过积极心理学的融入,优化心理剧的设计和实施,为提升校园心理剧在大学生心理健康教育应用中的价值提供理论依据。
Abstract: In recent years, campus psychological drama, as an innovative “action-oriented” group intervention method, has demonstrated its advantages such as deep empathetic experience and wide application in issues like depression and anxiety. However, in the mental health education for college students, the application of psychodrama still has problems such as mostly focusing on negative emotions, lacking systematic and continuous psychological intervention, and paying less attention to the cultivation of positive qualities in college students. This paper systematically reviews relevant literature from the past decade and analyzes the role and effectiveness of campus psychological drama in theme setting, psychological intervention, and mental health education. It explores the advantages and challenges of campus psychological drama in improving students’ psychological well-being. Furthermore, it proposes optimizing its design and implementation by integrating positive psychology, thereby providing a theoretical basis for enhancing the value in college mental health education.
