学习主体需求导向下翻译专业硕士研究生培养模式改革路径研究
A Research on the Reform Path of the Training Mode for Master of Translation and Interpreting under the Orientation of Learners’ Needs
摘要: 本研究聚焦于学习主体需求导向下翻译专业硕士研究生培养模式的改革路径。自翻译硕士专业学位设立以来,虽发展迅速,但在人才培养过程中暴露出诸多问题,如培养目标未能有效达成、课程设置欠合理、人才培养模式滞后等,将会影响毕业生职业发展,背离学位培养初衷。文章以相关培养方案为依据,深入剖析现有问题,涵盖课程设置与实际需求脱节、优秀师资力量不足、学生素质参差不齐、评价体系科学性欠佳等方面。进而针对性地提出改革路径,包括优化课程设置以满足学生个性化发展和地方特色需求、加强师资队伍建设并提高教师准入门槛、推动教学内容与方法的改革创新、构建科学合理的多元化评价体系、搭建校内外实训基地以提升学生实践能力等。旨在通过这些改革,提升翻译硕士研究生的专业素养与实践能力,使其契合社会和市场需求,推动翻译专业学位研究生教育的高质量发展,为国家语言、文化及国际战略提供有力人才支撑。
Abstract: This research focuses on the reform path of the training model for Master of Translation and Interpreting (MTI) postgraduate students from the perspective of the needs of learning subjects. Since the establishment of the MTI professional degree, although it has developed rapidly, many problems have emerged during the talent training process. For example, the training objectives have not been effectively achieved, the curriculum is not reasonably set, and the talent training model lags behind. These issues will affect the career development of graduates and deviate from the original intention of degree training. Based on relevant training programs, this article deeply analyzes the existing problems, covering aspects such as the disconnection between curriculum design and actual needs, the shortage of excellent teaching staff, the uneven quality of students, and the poor scientific nature of the evaluation system. Furthermore, targeted reform paths are proposed, including optimizing the curriculum to meet the personalized development needs of students and local characteristics, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and raising the teacher recruitment threshold, promoting the reform and innovation of teaching content and methods, constructing a scientific and reasonable diversified evaluation system, and building off-campus and on-campus training bases to enhance students’ practical abilities. The aim is to improve the professional qualities and practical abilities of MTI postgraduate students through these reforms, enabling them to meet the needs of society and the market, promoting the high-quality development of MTI education, and providing strong talent support for the country’s language, culture, and international strategies.
