摘要: 目的:研究不同硒源对育肥猪生长性能和猪肉富硒效果的影响。方法:以富硒酵母和安康富硒玉米为硒源,在育肥猪的日粮中分别添加不同水平的酵母硒和玉米硒进行饲喂,计算育肥猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比,测定育肥猪猪肉、肝脏和肾脏组织的硒含量。结果:在育肥猪的日粮中分别添加不同水平的酵母硒和玉米硒均能提高育肥猪的生长性能,酵母硒的效果好于玉米硒;育肥猪肌肉、肝脏和肾脏组织中的硒富集量与富硒饲料中的硒水平和饲喂时间呈正相关,且酵母硒的富集效率更高,在相同添加水平下,肝脏和肾脏组织的硒富集能力显著强于肌肉组织;采用硒水平为0.2 mg/kg的酵母硒源富硒饲料或0.3 mg/kg的玉米硒源富硒饲料饲喂育肥猪60 d,猪肉中的硒含量均可达到富硒猪肉标准(>0.20 mg/kg)。结论:富硒酵母和富硒玉米均可作为硒源进行富硒猪肉的生产。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of different selenium sources on the growth performance and pork selenium enrichment in finishing pigs. Methods: Using selenium-enriched yeast and selenium-enriched corn (produced in Ankang City, Shaanxi Province) as selenium sources, different levels of yeast selenium and corn selenium were added to the diets of finishing pigs. The average daily gain, average daily feed intake, and feed-to-gain ratio were calculated, and the selenium contents in the muscle, liver, and kidney tissues of finishing pigs were determined. Results: Supplementation with different levels of yeast selenium and corn selenium in the diets of finishing pigs improved growth performance, with yeast selenium showing better effects than corn selenium. The selenium accumulation in the muscle, liver, and kidney tissues of finishing pigs was positively correlated with the selenium level in the enriched feed and the feeding duration, and yeast selenium exhibited higher enrichment efficiency. Under the same addition level, the selenium enrichment capacity of the liver and kidney tissues was significantly stronger than that of muscle tissue. After feeding finishing pigs with selenium-enriched feed containing 0.2 mg/kg of yeast selenium or 0.3 mg/kg of corn selenium for 60 days, the selenium content in pork reached the standard for selenium-enriched pork (>0.20 mg/kg). Conclusion: Both selenium-enriched yeast and selenium-enriched corn can be used as selenium sources for the production of selenium-enriched pork.
