微媒体时代对高职院校思想政治教育的影响与对策研究
Research on the Influence and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Micro-Media Era
摘要: 微媒体作为互联网技术与媒介形态演进的产物,其普及重塑了社会信息传播生态,深刻改变了高职学生的认知范式与行为逻辑,在为高职院校思想政治教育拓展传播渠道、丰富教育载体的同时,也带来了信息生态繁杂化等多重现实挑战。本文剖析了微媒体对高职思政教育的多维影响,其一对高职学生思想行为形成双重作用,既拓宽其思想成长空间,也引发思想认知偏差与社交模式异化问题,前者源于算法致信息茧房、功利化内容诱导及虚拟性弱化道德约束,后者体现为线上社交泛化线下疏离、圈层化加剧社交隔阂、现实社交能力退化;其二对教师思政教学活动造成冲击,不仅使课堂教学效果因学生课堂沉迷微媒体、形成思维惰性与错误学习模式受损,还存在教师对微媒体融合思政教育重视不足、应用浅层化,院校相关保障机制不完善的问题。在此基础上,本文提出高职思政教育的优化路径:树立微媒体融合的教育思维,打造分层化、生活化、职业性的适配微媒体传播特征的思政教育内容,构建线上线下联动的思政教学体系,提升教师微媒体思政教育能力,完善制度、经费、技术三位一体的保障体系。微媒体与高职思政教育的深度融合是落实立德树人根本任务的关键,唯有结合微媒体传播规律与高职学生思想特征开展思政教育,方能培育兼具职业素养、工匠精神与家国情怀的高素质技术技能人才;未来随着互联网技术与微媒体形态的持续发展,高职思政教育需始终保持与时俱进,持续探索创新路径以应对新的问题与挑战。
Abstract: As a product of the iteration of internet technology and the evolution of media forms, micro-media has reshaped the social information communication ecology with its popularization and profoundly changed the cognitive paradigm and behavioral logic of vocational college students. While it expands the communication channels and enriches the educational carriers for ideological and political education (IPE) in higher vocational colleges, it also brings multiple practical challenges such as a complicated information ecology. This paper analyzes the multi-dimensional impacts of micro-media on IPE in higher vocational colleges. On the one hand, micro-media exerts a dual effect on the ideological and behavioral development of vocational college students: it broadens the space for their ideological growth, yet also leads to ideological cognitive deviation and alienation of social interaction patterns. The information cocoon effect brought about by algorithms, the formation of information cocoons due to algorithm recommendation, the induction of utilitarian content and the weakening of moral constraints by the virtual nature of micro-media; the latter is reflected in the generalization of online social interaction and alienation of offline communication, the aggravation of social estrangement due to social circle segmentation, and the degradation of practical social skills. On the other hand, micro-media impacts teachers’ IPE teaching activities: it impairs the effect of classroom teaching because students are addicted to micro-media in class, form mental inertia and adopt wrong learning modes; in addition, teachers lack sufficient attention to the integration of micro-media and IPE with superficial application in teaching, and higher vocational colleges are deficient in the relevant guarantee mechanisms for such integration. On this basis, the paper puts forward the optimization paths for IPE in higher vocational colleges: establishing the educational thinking of integrating micro-media, creating hierarchical, life-oriented and vocational IPE content adapted to the communication characteristics of micro-media, constructing an online-offline integrated IPE teaching system, improving teachers’ competence in micro-media-based IPE, and improving the trinity guarantee system of institution, funding and technology. The in-depth integration of micro-media and IPE in higher vocational colleges is the key to implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Only by carrying out IPE in combination with the communication laws of micro-media and the ideological characteristics of vocational college students can we cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with professional literacy, craftsmanship spirit and patriotism. In the future, with the continuous development of internet technology and the evolution of micro-media forms, IPE in higher vocational colleges must keep pace with the times and continuously explore innovative paths to address new problems and challenges.
