摘要: 积极心理学团体辅导是高校心理健康教育的重要内容，在大学生心理危机预防中极具价值。本文概述其研究现状、影响因素及核心功能，包括情感支持、认知调整、适应性行为发展与积极人际关系构建。同时梳理大学生心理危机的研究现状与影响因素，重点分析积极心理团辅对于危机的预防作用并构建系统化危机预防团辅方案。未来可结合新兴技术打造沉浸式场景，助力大学生培育积极应对方式，为其心理健康提供更有力支持。

Abstract: Positive Psychology Group Counseling serves as a crucial component of college mental health education and holds substantial value in the prevention of college students’ psychological crisis. This study outlines the current research status, influencing factors, and core functions of Positive Psychology Group Counseling, including the provision of emotional support, cognitive restructuring, the development of adaptive behaviors, and the cultivation of positive interpersonal relationships. It also synthesizes the research landscape and contributing factors associated with college students’ psychological crisis, with a focus on examining the preventive efficacy of Positive Psychology Group Counseling and constructing a targeted intervention program. Empirical evidence indicates that Positive Psychology Group Counseling exerts a significant role in psychological crisis prevention. Future research may integrate Positive Psychology Group Counseling with emerging technologies to develop immersive intervention scenarios, thereby facilitating college students’ development of positive coping strategies and offering more robust support for their mental health.
