应用型本科院校综合英语课程教研室的建设困境及优化路径——基于教师专业共同体理论
Construction Dilemmas and Optimization Paths of Integrated English Course Teaching and Research Section in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities—Based on the Theory of Teacher Professional Community
摘要: 加强基层教学组织建设是应用型本科院校实现内涵式发展、提升人才培养质量的关键。课程教研室作为聚焦单门核心课程的精细化教学组织,在优化课程教学、促进教师成长、落实立德树人任务中发挥重要作用。综合英语作为英语专业低年级核心基础课程,围绕其构建课程教研室具有重要现实意义。本文以应用型本科院校为背景,依托教师专业共同体理论,系统探究应用型本科院校综合英语课程教研室建设中的定位、团队、机制、内容四大核心困境及形成机理,从明确建设定位完善制度保障、稳定教学团队健全培养体系、创新教研模式强化协作互动、优化课程内容凸显应用型特色四个方面提出针对性建设措施,为应用型本科院校英语专业单门核心课程教研室建设提供实证参考与实践借鉴。
Abstract: Strengthening the construction of grassroots teaching organizations is the key for application-oriented undergraduate universities to achieve connotative development and improve the quality of talent training. As a refined teaching organization focusing on a single core course, the course teaching and research section plays an important role in optimizing curriculum teaching, promoting teachers’ growth, and implementing the task of moral education. As a core basic course for junior students majoring in English, it is of great practical significance to construct a course teaching and research section around Comprehensive English. Taking application-oriented undergraduate universities as the background and relying on the Theory of Teacher Professional Community, this paper systematically explores the four core dilemmas (positioning, team, mechanism, and content) and their formation mechanisms in the construction of Comprehensive English course teaching and research sections in application-oriented undergraduate universities. It puts forward targeted construction measures from four aspects: clarifying the construction positioning and improving institutional guarantee, stabilizing the teaching team and improving the training system, innovating the teaching and research model and strengthening collaborative interaction, and optimizing the curriculum content and highlighting the application-oriented characteristics, so as to provide empirical reference and practical guidance for the construction of single core course teaching and research sections for English majors in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
