人工智能背景下酒店管理专业人才培养体系研究

A Study on the Talent Training System for Hospitality Management Programs in the Context of Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 随着人工智能等数字技术在酒店业的持续应用，行业对专业人才的知识结构、技术能力及综合素养提出了更加复合化的要求。本文在梳理酒店业数智化转型背景下人才需求特征的基础上，从课程体系、实践教学、师资建设与评价机制四个维度提出人才培养体系的优化路径，旨在构建契合粤港澳大湾区产业发展需求、兼具专业特色与区域优势的酒店管理专业数智化人才培养模式，为酒店管理专业的人才培养体系优化与教学改革提供参考。

Abstract: With the increasing application of artificial intelligence and other digital technologies in the hospitality industry, higher and more integrated requirements have been placed on the knowledge structure, technical competence, and overall capabilities of hospitality management professionals. Based on an analysis of the evolving talent demands under the digital and intelligent transformation of the hospitality industry, this study proposes pathways for improving the talent training system from four dimensions: curriculum structure, practical teaching, faculty development, and evaluation mechanisms. The study aims to develop a digitally empowered talent cultivation model for hospitality management programs that aligns with the industrial development needs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area while highlighting distinctive disciplinary and regional characteristics. The findings provide a reference for optimizing talent training systems and advancing educational reform in hospitality management programs.
