拔尖创新人才培养导向的大学物理课程建设路径

摘要: 在新质生产力发展与教育强国建设双重背景下,拔尖创新人才培养成为高等教育的核心使命。大学物理作为理工科人才培养环节的核心基础课,亟需突破传统教学瓶颈,构建契合新时代发展需求的教学新模式。本文立足“思政引领、数智赋能、通专融合、学生中心、多元评价”五位一体建设理念,构建拔尖人才培养导向的大学物理课程体系:以思政引领筑牢价值根基,以数智赋能重塑教学生态,以通专融合贯通培养链路,以学生中心践行Outcome-Based Education (OBE)理念,以多元评价提升培养质效。本研究通过设计课程建设路径,为大学物理赋能拔尖人才培养提供可复制推广的改革方案,助力培育兼具扎实基础、创新能力、家国情怀与跨学科素养的新时代拔尖创新人才。
Abstract: In the dual context of advancing new quality productive forces and building an education powerhouse, cultivating top-tier innovative talent has become a core mission of higher education. University physics, as a fundamental course in the development of science and engineering talent, urgently needs to break through traditional teaching bottlenecks and adopt a new pedagogical model aligned with the demands of the new era. Based on a fivefold integrated framework of ideological-political leadership, digital-intelligence empowerment, integration of general and specialized education, student-centered learning, and diversified assessment, this paper constructs a university physics curriculum system aimed at cultivating elite talent. It seeks to strengthen foundational values through ideological guidance; reshape the teaching ecosystem with digital and intelligent technologies; integrate general and specialized knowledge to streamline the training pathway; implement the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach with a student-centered focus; and improve the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation through diversified evaluation. By outlining a pathway for curriculum development, this study offers a replicable and scalable reform blueprint to empower university physics education to cultivate elite talent, ultimately fostering innovative individuals in the new era who possess solid foundational knowledge, strong innovative capabilities, patriotic commitment, and interdisciplinary competence.
