OBE教育理念在基础医学专业拔尖人才培养中的应用
Application of OBE Educational Philosophy in Cultivating Top-Tier Talents in Basic Medical Sciences
摘要: 基础医学专业教学过程中,我们引入了成果导向教育(OBE)理念,在专业学习与教学过程,以及教师素质三个不同层面,梳理教与学过程中落实OBE理念的方法,要提升基础医学专业建设水平,也要提升拔尖人才培养质量。这套方法能帮我们培养可以独立创造也愿意承担重任的基础医学拔尖创新领军人才,同时可以给其他高等医学教育提供可参考的教学模式。
Abstract: Outcome-based education, or OBE, has been brought into teaching for basic medical science. This paper talks about putting the OBE concept into practice by connecting professional learning with the teaching process and teacher quality. The goal is to lift the construction level of basic medical science, and improve the quality of training for top talents. It supports theory work for training top innovative leaders in basic medical science, who can do independent creative work and take on heavy responsibilities. It also gives a usable teaching framework for other higher medical education programs.
