竞赛赋能经管类毕业论文质量提升路径研究

摘要: 经管类本科毕业论文质量下滑是学生动力缺失、教师指导虚化与学校制度支持不足三者叠加的系统性问题。传统改革路径多停留于局部修正,难以触及结构性困境。本文提出,将高水平学科竞赛系统性地嵌入本科培养全过程,可作为一个有效的系统性破局方案。竞赛通过其“真实问题驱动–全程项目实践–成果显性激励”的内核机制,能够同步重塑学生的学术内驱力与研究能力、优化教师的指导模式与激励效能、并推动学校课程体系与管理制度协同改革。这一路径构建了一个联动“教、学、管”三方的赋能生态系统,为从根本上提升毕业论文质量与创新人才培养效能,提供了兼具理论整合性与实践操作性的创新框架。
Abstract: The declining quality of undergraduate graduation theses in economics and management is a systemic problem caused by the combined effects of insufficient student motivation, ineffective advisor supervision, and inadequate institutional support. Traditional reform approaches have mostly remained at the level of partial adjustments, which fail to address the underlying structural dilemmas. This paper proposes that the systematic integration of high-level academic competitions into the entire undergraduate education process can serve as an effective systemic solution. Through its core mechanism of “authentic problem-driven learning, whole-process project-based practice, and explicit outcome-based incentives”, academic competitions can simultaneously reshape students’ academic intrinsic motivation and research competence, optimize advisor’s guidance models, incentive effectiveness, and promote the coordinated reform of the university curriculum system and management mechanisms. This approach constructs an enabling ecosystem that links teaching, learning, and management, providing an innovative framework with both theoretical integration and practical operability for fundamentally improving the quality of graduation theses and enhancing the effectiveness of innovative talent cultivation.
