课程思政融合教学模式探究
Research on the Integrated Teaching Model of Curriculum Ideology and Politics
摘要: 解剖学是护理专业的核心基础课程,是衔接基础医学与临床护理实践的关键纽带,其课程思政建设对培养兼具专业素养与人文关怀的护理人才具有重要意义。针对当前课程思政“形式单一、说教味浓”、实践与思政融入不紧密、虚拟资源应用碎片化、情感教育与职业培育脱节等困境,本文运用三位一体融合教学模式。该模式以建构主义、人本主义及情感教育理论为基础,将实践教学、虚拟仿真与情感教育深度融合:实践教学夯实解剖实操能力与临床思维,重构身体感知;虚拟仿真突破资源与场景限制,延展认知边界;情感教育串联虚实环节,挖掘生命敬畏、职业责任与人文精神,实现知识、技能与价值的有机统一。教学实验结果显示,实验组理论知识、实验技能、情感态度优良率均显著优于对照组(p < 0.001),为护理专业解剖学课程的思政教育提供理论参考。
Abstract: Anatomy, as the core foundational course for nursing majors, serves as a critical link between basic medical sciences and clinical nursing practice. Its curriculum-based ideological and political education holds significant importance for cultivating nursing professionals with both professional competence and humanistic care. Addressing the current dilemmas of ideological and political education in anatomy courses—such as monotonous preaching-style teaching, loose integration between practice and ideological elements, fragmented application of virtual resources, and disconnection between emotional education and professional cultivation—this study employs trinity-integrated teaching model. Grounded in constructivist learning theory, humanistic learning theory, and emotional education theory, this model achieves deep integration of practical teaching, virtual simulation, and emotional education: practical teaching consolidates anatomical operational skills and clinical thinking while reconstructing bodily perception; virtual simulation overcomes resource and scenario limitations to extend cognitive boundaries; emotional education connects the real and virtual components, excavating life reverence, professional responsibility, and humanistic spirit, thereby realizing the organic unity of knowledge, skills, and values. Teaching experiments demonstrate that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in theoretical knowledge, experimental skills, and emotional attitude (p < 0.001), providing theoretical reference for ideological and political education in anatomy courses for nursing majors.
