基于案例导引法的影像核医学课程思政实施路径探究

摘要: 针对《影像核医学》课程中专业教学与思政教育相脱节的问题,引入案例导引教学法,秉持“专业知识点 + 思政价值点”双线融合理念,构建了涵盖历史溯源、科技强国、职业伦理、人文关怀四维度的思政案例库。经皖南医科大学2021级医学影像学专业两个学期的教学实践,形成了“案例悬念导入–专业知识解析–价值共识提炼–实践任务延伸”的四步教学流程。实践表明,该模式显著提升了学生的课堂参与度与职业认同感,案例导引法契合课程特点,是实现专业课隐性思政育人的有效载体,可为同类课程提供参考。
Abstract: In response to the problem of the separation between professional teaching and ideological and political education in the “Imaging Nuclear Medicine” course, the case guidance teaching method was introduced, adhering to the concept of “professional knowledge points + ideological and political value points” dual-line integration, and constructing a case-based ideological and political case library covering four dimensions: historical origin, technological strength, professional ethics, and humanistic care. Through the teaching practice of two semesters of the 2021 medical imaging major students at Wannan Medical University, a four-step teaching process of “case suspense introduction-professional knowledge analysis-value consensus extraction-practical task extension” was formed. The practice shows that this model significantly improves students’ classroom participation and professional identity. The case guidance method is in line with the characteristics of the course and is an effective carrier for realizing the implicit ideological and political education in professional courses, which can provide a reference for similar courses.
