Abstract: The pathogenesis of tumor diseases is very complex, the onset is very obscure, and it is difficult to accurately diagnose, which leads to the high incidence and mortality of tumor diseases. It is one of the major public health problems that threaten human life and health worldwide. In recent years, with the deepening of molecular biology and neuromedicine research, more and more research evidence shows that the occurrence and development of tumors are not only related to the proliferation and mutation of tumor cells themselves, but also closely related to the neural regulation and metabolic reprogramming process in the tumor microenvironment. Among them, the changes in the metabolic state of the body will directly affect the functional activity and signal transduction of the autonomic nervous system, and then regulate the proliferation, invasion, metastasis and immune escape process of tumor cells through a series of complex molecular pathways, which play a key role in promoting the occurrence and development of tumors. This review will focus on the interaction between metabolism, the autonomic nervous system and tumor, and systematically summarize the mechanism of metabolism on the regulation of tumor progression by the autonomic nervous system, in order to provide a new theoretical reference for the clinical diagnosis and new treatment of tumors.
