马克思主义视域下平台灵活就业劳动者权益保障研究

A Study on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Flexible Workers on Online Platforms from a Marxist Perspective

摘要: 在数字经济发展过程中，平台灵活就业已经成为我国劳动力市场不可或缺的一部分。平台灵活就业虽然有效地缓解了就业问题，但是也带来了劳动关系界定不清、社会保障不足、算法控制严苛、职业安全隐患等权益问题。本文基于马克思主义政治经济学的角度，探讨平台灵活就业劳动者权益问题的主要原因，研究认为平台灵活就业劳动者的困境并不是一个个简单的制度性缺失，而是资本逻辑、技术异化和制度缺失相互叠加的结果。只有建立“劳动优先于资本”的价值观才能做到平台经济的稳健发展与劳动者的尊严工作相一致，使数字时代的共同富裕落到实处。

Abstract: In the course of digital economic development, platform-based flexible employment has become an indispensable part of China’s labor market. While platform-based flexible employment has effectively alleviated employment issues, it has also given rise to rights-related problems such as unclear definitions of labor relations, inadequate social security, strict algorithmic control, and occupational safety hazards. Based on the perspective of Marxist political economy, this paper explores the primary causes of rights issues faced by platform-based flexible workers. The study argues that the predicament of these workers is not merely a result of isolated institutional deficiencies, but rather the combined effect of the logic of capital, technological alienation, and institutional shortcomings. Only by establishing a value system that prioritizes labor over capital can we ensure that the steady development of the platform economy is aligned with dignified work for workers, thereby realizing common prosperity in the digital age.
