基于OBE教学理念融合新媒体平台探究骨伤科教学新方式

Exploring New Approaches to Orthopedics Teaching by Integrating the OBE Teaching Philosophy with New Media Platforms

摘要: 当前骨伤科教学中存在诸多问题，例如理论和实践脱节、教学资源分配不均衡、评价制度单一等，OBE理念因其基本原则和特殊价值，在医学教育中发挥重要作用。论文通过理论研究法，探讨OBE理念融合新媒体平台的可行性，以此对教学活动进行重新架构，探索其在骨科教学当中所发挥出来的潜力作用。在此基础上，建立以OBE理念为基础、以新媒体技术为支持的多样化的教学实践活动，并就未来智慧骨科教育的发展趋势做实践推论，在给骨科教师教学方法的改革指明方向的同时也为提高医学教学质量起到了积极的作用。

Abstract: There are several existing problems in current orthopedics teaching, such as the disconnect between theory and practice, uneven distribution of teaching resources, and a single assessment system. The OBE (Outcome-Based Education) philosophy plays an important role in medical education due to its fundamental principles and special value. This paper employs theoretical research methods to explore the feasibility of integrating the OBE philosophy with new media platforms, thereby restructuring teaching activities and investigating the potential role of this integration in orthopedics teaching. On this basis, diverse teaching practices based on the OBE concept and supported by new media technologies are established, and practical inferences regarding the future development trends of smart orthopedics education are made. This study not only points out directions for reforming orthopedics teaching methods but also contributes positively to improving the overall quality of medical education.
