艺术设计与旅游管理学科交叉融合教学改革与实践

摘要: 在文旅深度融合、新文科建设全面推进与乡村振兴战略实施的时代背景下，艺术设计与旅游管理的学科交叉融合已成为高等教育教学改革与文旅产业人才供给升级的必然趋势。本文以应用型本科高校人才培养实践为依托，从时代发展、学科建设、教育改革、国家战略四重维度阐释两学科交叉融合的内在逻辑，系统剖析当前教学中存在的学科壁垒、实践薄弱、评价单一、师资不足、供需错位等突出问题，构建以多维协同课程体系、校企协同实践模式、能力导向评价体系、双师型教学团队为核心的改革路径，为地方高校推进艺术设计与旅游管理交叉融合教学、培养复合型文旅创新人才提供理论支撑与实践范式。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of deep cultural-tourism integration, comprehensive advancement of new liberal arts education, and implementation of rural revitalization strategies, interdisciplinary convergence between art design and tourism management has become an inevitable trend in higher education reform and talent development for the cultural tourism sector. Grounded in practical talent cultivation experiences at applied undergraduate institutions, this study elucidates the intrinsic logic of cross-disciplinary integration through four dimensions: societal evolution, academic discipline development, educational innovation, and national strategic priorities. It systematically analyzes prevalent challenges including disciplinary fragmentation, insufficient practical training, homogeneous evaluation frameworks, faculty shortages, and supply-demand mismatches. The research proposes a reform framework centered on multidimensional collaborative curricula, industry-academia partnership models, competency-based assessment systems, and dual-qualified teaching teams. These insights provide theoretical foundations and practical paradigms for local universities to advance interdisciplinary education and cultivate versatile cultural-tourism innovators.
