乡村公共空间、日常交往与社区共同体的形成——基于社区实践的案例分析

Rural Public Space, Everyday Interaction, and the Formation of Community—A Case Study Based on Community Practice

摘要: 在社区治理中，如何在日常生活层面促进邻里交往、推动社区共同体建设，是乡村治理实践中的重要问题。本文以成都市清流镇J村为例，考察乡村公共空间更新与社区共同体初步形成之间的关联机制。该村过去公共空间匮乏、居民互动有限、公共事务参与度不高。近年来，通过河道整治、小型公共空间营造等方式，逐步形成了可供居民日常停留与交往的共享场所。同时，在协商议事、自组织参与等机制的推动下，居民参与公共事务的意愿有所提升，社区互动呈现出常态化趋势。研究发现，乡村公共空间推动社区共同体建设的关键在于能否作为日常生活的持续性载体，支持居民的日常交往，进而为社区共同体的形成积累情感基础与参与动力。

Abstract: In community governance, how to promote neighborhood interaction in everyday life and facilitate the formation of community has become an important issue in rural governance practice. Taking Village J in Qingliu Town, Chengdu as a case, this study examines the relationship between rural public space renewal and the initial formation of community. In the past, the village was characterized by a lack of public space, limited interaction among residents, and low participation in public affairs. In recent years, through riverbank rehabilitation and the creation of small-scale public spaces, shared places for daily stay and interaction have gradually emerged. At the same time, with the introduction of participatory mechanisms such as deliberative meetings and self-organized groups, residents’ willingness to engage in public affairs has increased, and community interaction has become more regular. The study finds that the role of public space in community building lies not in the provision of facilities per se, but in its capacity to function as a stable setting for everyday life. By supporting repeated daily interactions, public space helps accumulate emotional attachment and participation, thereby contributing to the initial formation of community.
