基于多案例的数据中心绿色算力综合发展报告
Evaluation of Data Center Green Transformation Based on Multi-Dimensional Analysis and Robust Testing
摘要: 在“东数西算”战略深入实施与“双碳”目标持续推进的背景下,数据中心绿色转型成为关键议题。本文选取东、中、西部9个典型数据中心,构建包含PUE、制冷技术、绿电使用、规模水平、政策战略五个维度的评价体系,综合运用相关性分析、熵权-TOPSIS、多维尺度分析及六重稳健性检验,对样本数据中心的绿色发展水平进行量化评价与路径识别。作为数据中心绿色发展水平量化评价的一次初步探索,本文可为“东数西算”战略的优化布局和存量数据中心的绿色转型提供参考。
Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of the “East Data West Computing” project and the continuous promotion of the “dual carbon” goals, the green transformation of data centers has become a key issue. This paper selects nine typical data centers in the eastern, central, and western regions, and constructs an evaluation system covering five dimensions: PUE, cooling technology, green electricity usage, scale level, and policy strategy. By comprehensively applying correlation analysis, entropy weight-TOPSIS, multidimensional scaling analysis, and six-fold robustness tests, the green development level of the sample data centers is quantitatively evaluated and their paths are identified. As a preliminary exploration of the quantitative evaluation of the green development level of data centers, this paper can provide reference for the optimized layout of the “East Data, West Computing” project and the green transformation of existing data centers.
